 In the course of client engagement, I proficiently managed crisis situations, facilitated strategic board development, implemented comprehensive business plans, and pursued diverse opportunities. I've had funding and program development responsibilities. I've served as a broker for group insurance products. In addition, my responsibilities extended to formulating and executing project scopes while ensuring the seamless delivery of services. I successfully led initiatives for a mayor, state office candidate, and national office candidates. 

MISD hosted a 'Women of Courage' event, which we paid tribute to Ricky Kidd for his triumphant return to freedom after enduring a wrongful incarceration spanning 23 long years. On this remarkable occasion, Ricky graced the stage, graciously accepting our heartfelt appreciation. In a poignant moment, Ricky acknowledged that, "Without the steadfast support of MISD and the unwavering commitment of Bev Livingston, I would not have had the opportunity to take this inspiring dance on stage." MISD provided strategic advocacy support leading up to his release. 

My experience encompasses collaboration with volunteers, involving recruitment, training, managing, and meticulous execution of volunteer programs.
I derive satisfaction from building impactful community-centric infrastructures, guiding individuals toward their objectives. My leadership ethos revolves around a compassionate approach, prioritizing the mental and physical well-being of my team, recognizing that personal well-being is integral to organizational success.
